Gratitude- A state of appreciation that makes us more present, open, and connected with the people around us.

  • Gratitude is the most effective pathway to feel happiness. We are all capable of discovering a renewed sense of appreciation for ourselves, and the world around us 

It is so easy to be frustrated by everything around us and to get caught up by the inconveniences of life. The mind has no trouble to react negatively to these things, but it spends little time naturally appreciating things in life whether it is big or small
