  • Meditate- Whether it is asleep or awake get into a meditative state, mainly focusing on the breath and how you are breathing 
  • Intention- Set a goal and intention to shift to your dr 
    • Affirm by saying things such as "doing this will bring me closer to shifting. I am simply making myself more aware of my dr" 
      • I intend to shift 
      • I am setting the goal to become conscious of my dr 
      • I will become more aware of my dr 
  • Pretend- Answer questions such as who am I? What is my name? What is my age? Am I with anyone? Answer as many questions as you want Where are you sitting? Fake it until you make it into your dr
